No.1 St Michael’s is expected to be the most sustainable commercial space in the city. We’re minimising carbon generation as far as possible then investing into an approved Gold Standard offset programme, endorsed by the United Nations. We’re also targeting NABERS 5*, BREEAM Outstanding, WELL certification, WiredScore Platinum and SmartScore Gold.

Sustainability is only one side of the story – health and happiness are also key priorities. We will also be setting new standards in design for wellbeing, working to the scientifically-backed WELL-Building Standard, Fitwell healthy building design principles, and to achieve Cycling Score Certification.
